Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to WonderFew! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and WonderFew Inc. ("WonderFew," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any services we offer (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using WonderFew, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use WonderFew.

1. Who Can Use WonderFew

You may use WonderFew only if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
   
• You are legally allowed to enter into a binding contract under your local laws.
   
• You are not prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law.
   

We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

You must create an account to use WonderFew.

When creating an account:

• Use accurate, complete, and truthful information.
   
• Only create one account per person.
   
• You agree to keep your login information secure.
   

You are responsible for any activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@wonderfew.com.

3. How WonderFew Works

WonderFew offers a unique dating experience by:

• Limiting you to messaging 3 matches at a time ("The Few") to encourage deeper conversations.
   
• Requiring a farewell message when ending chats to promote respectful goodbyes.
   
• Using a badge and rating system where users give feedback based on real interactions.
   
• Offering a Private Investigator feature to view a match’s badges and activity for transparency.
   
• Rewarding exclusivity and relationship milestones with discounts and perks through our Deals & Discounts program.
   

Certain features are available via in-app purchases or subscriptions. See Section 6 for payment terms.

4. Community Rules

You agree to abide by our Community Guidelines, which promote honesty, respect, accountability, and safety.

Violations of these rules can result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from WonderFew.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using WonderFew, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Some features of WonderFew are available for a fee.

• Private Investigator feature (one-time purchase)
   
• Backtrack, Rematch, and Add a 4th Match features (available with subscriptions)
   
• Premium Subscription to access all premium features
   

All paid services are billed through your iTunes or Google Play account.

Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your app store account settings.

Recurring Billing Notice:

Recurring billing. Cancel anytime.

By tapping proceed with purchase, your payment will be charged to your account, and your subscription will automatically renew for the same package length at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your app store settings.

One-time purchases (like Private Investigator) do not auto-renew.

7. User Content

You are responsible for all information, images, and materials you upload or share ("User Content").

You agree not to upload or share anything that:

• Is false, misleading, or impersonates someone else.
   
• Is illegal, offensive, abusive, or discriminatory.
   
• Infringes on another person's rights.
   

WonderFew reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

8. Safety and Reporting

WonderFew is committed to creating a safe environment.

We do not conduct criminal background checks, but we encourage all users to exercise caution and report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior using our in-app reporting tools.

9. Termination

WonderFew may suspend or delete your account if:

• You violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
   
• You misuse the platform (including inappropriate behavior off-platform that impacts our community).
   

You can delete your account at any time in the app settings.

Refunds are only provided as outlined in our payment terms or as required by law.

10. Disclaimers

WonderFew provides the Services "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• That you will find matches or form relationships.
   
• That every user is who they claim to be.
   

We are not responsible for user conduct, on or off the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderFew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email or within the app.
Your continued use of WonderFew after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
